Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP GTS Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management, with hands-on experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA to deliver compliant and efficient global trade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Configure and support SAP GTS modules including Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management.
  • Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
  • Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external customs systems.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, export/import controls, embargo checks, and license management.
  • Conduct workshops, UAT, training sessions, and provide production support.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare solution documentation and mentor junior team members.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of SAP experience, including 4+ years in SAP GTS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • SAP GTS Compliance Management
    • Customs Management
    • Risk Management
  • Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of global trade compliance, customs, export/import processes, and license management.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP GTS Certification.
  • Experience with customs integration platforms and trade automation solutions.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in global or multinational enterprise environments.
