Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Experience with utility retail platforms, preferably GenTrack.
Strong understanding of retail business processes, customer operations, and billing environments.
Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
Relevant project/program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day program management activities, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Monitor program health, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, escalating concerns proactively.
Track and drive adherence to the Statement of Work (SOW), governance framework, and agreed delivery plans.
Ensure quality assurance metrics, controls, and reporting mechanisms are implemented and maintained.
Support the Program Director by providing accurate, timely, and transparent reporting on program status and risks.
Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to secure required inputs, decisions, and approvals in a timely manner.
Coordinate across vendors, business teams, and technical teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
