Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support large-scale ICT transformation programs within secure government environments. The role involves coaching delivery teams, driving Agile maturity, improving governance practices, and enabling high-performing teams across complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
- Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and governance activities.
- Support delivery using Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Lean practices.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers and risks.
- Collaborate with PMO, program managers, and leadership teams.
- Promote Agile best practices and servant leadership culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Agile Coach experience within Government environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and DevOps.
- Experience supporting large-scale ICT delivery programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience in PMO, governance, and service delivery environments.
Candidate Requirements
- Australian Citizenship mandatory.
- Active NV1 / NV2 / TSPV clearance required.
- Canberra-based candidates preferred.
