About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BY TMS Functional / Technical Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, rollout, and enhancement of Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (BY TMS). The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across transportation planning, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support BY TMS, BY TP, and BY BA modules.
• Participate in design workshops and functional solution design.
• Configure Order Management, Load Planning, Execution, and Financial modules.
• Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
• Configure optimization strategies and parameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 4–12 years of experience with Blue Yonder TMS (BY TMS) implementation, rollout, and support.
• Strong knowledge of BY TMS, BY TP, and BY BA.
• Experience with TMS architecture, integrations, and optimization configuration.
• Knowledge of BY TMS Mobile App.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cognos Reports, BY FOM, and BY LP.
• Experience in Go-Live planning and execution.
