About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. You'll drive solution architecture, multi-cloud strategy, integrations, AI innovation, and technical governance while mentoring delivery teams and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce and multi-cloud solutions.
• Lead integration, data architecture, and enterprise solution design.
• Produce high- and low-level solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and code/design reviews.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Business, and Delivery teams.
• Drive Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and release management.
• Champion Agentforce and GenAI capabilities across Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce Architecture expertise.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect (Mandatory).
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript, Trigger Framework, and Data Modelling.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, and modern Salesforce architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge.
• Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, Pre-sales, POCs, and Solution Design.
