About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, with experience integrating enterprise systems in regulated environments.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Proven experience developing production-grade Power Platform solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and complex Power Automate workflows.
• Strong expertise in designing end-to-end business workflows that integrate multiple enterprise systems and leverage Microsoft Dataverse for durable data management.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and auditable enterprise solutions with a strong understanding of governance and best practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating applications using Microsoft connectors, REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and custom connector development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, DevOps, and governance.
• Experience working in government, utilities, financial services, or other regulated industries.
