Overview of Services

The Lead Sitecore Developer will be responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership and architecture guidance for the Sitecore migration program.
• Assessing and defining the target-state architecture for Sitecore AI/XM Cloud.
• Designing, developing and implementing the migration approach.
• Leading and mentoring internal development team throughout the transition.
• Establishing development standards, patterns and best practices.
• Supporting planning, estimation, risk identification and technical decision-making.

Supporting Applications

The resource will also be required to assess and recommend migration, consolidation or replacement strategies for associated platforms including:

• SearchStax
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions
• PHP-based applications and websites
• Other Sitecore-integrated components identified during discovery

Deliverables

The Lead Sitecore Developer will provide architecture leadership, technical oversight, hands-on development and mentoring to support delivery of the migration.
