Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and Agentforce to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture and technical strategy across large programs.
• Design scalable Salesforce and Agentforce-powered AI solutions.
• Define integration, data, security, and platform architecture.
• Work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture governance across Salesforce workstreams.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and Agentforce capabilities.

Experience

• 12+ years overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading complex Salesforce transformation programs.
• Strong Agentforce implementation/architecture experience.
• Salesforce Architecture certifications are highly desirable.
