About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Auto Finance to join a dynamic team in Melbourne. This role will play a key part in driving Agile delivery across high-impact financial products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and releases
• Manage stakeholder expectations, particularly within the Auto Finance domain

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong domain experience in Auto Finance / Vehicle Financing / Lending
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe – preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise environments
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) – preferred

Nice to Have

• Exposure to banking or financial services platforms
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
• Background in digital transformation or large-scale Agile programs
