CC & B Solution Designer:

  • Role: Oracle Utilities CC & B Solution Designer
  • Location: Melbourne
  • Eligibility: Australian Prs and Citizens
    • 10 - 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B and MDM functionalities like customer service, billing, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OUAF framework, integration with CC & B.
    • Oracle CC & B Functional Designer experience on at least two new implementations, upgrades
    • Experience facilitating business process workshops
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
    • Prior experience in Australian Utility market will be an added advantage. Good understanding of Compliance and regulatory authority
    • Excellent people management skill
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
